We carry a wide range of accessories, such as emergency auto phone dialers, time delay modules, power delay start up units and a complete line of alarms and data loggers manufactured by HAMPSHIRE CONTROLS, INC. We have in stock a selection of Hampshire Controls, Inc. T-Sentry alarms model 125-25 (125-25 is a digital temperature alarm ranging from -100c to +25c). We also stock the 125-50 alarm (125-50 is a digital temperature alarm ranging from -50c to +50c). We also have in stock the Sensaphone auto dialer series 1104. We can custom configure an alarm system consisting of T-Sentry and the DataPlex 32 system to take care of your specific application. Click on order icon to visit our online sales page.

Preventive
Maintenance Program
PURPOSE: To reduce product loss and avoidable system failures. To locate and repair problems in an early stage; thereby reducing repair costs.
SCHEDULE: Two (2) scheduled visits each year per unit on PM program. Scheduling is done by our computer system and will automatically alert us when a PM visit is upcoming.
PROGRAM: A thorough check of the unit is made on each visit and
includes
the following:
1. Lubricate condenser fan motor and clean lint from
blade.
2. Clean air cooled condenser.
3. Lubricate hinges and handle assembly
4. Check alarm system/bulbs/battery/power relay/sonolert.
5. Check calibration of temperature controller and
calibrate if necessary.
6. Check temperature control system.
7. Check gaskets (inner and outer).
8. Check all refrigerant lines under unit.
9. Check electrical connections & amps.
10. Check batteries for alarm & CO2 backup.
A checkout report of the unit will be furnished at each PM visit. All information is recorded on our data base system so that a history may be maintained. Any problem or potential repair is reported to the owner of the unit. It will then be at the owner's discretion to authorize repair on a separate Purchase Order. If a problem is found during a PM visit, all costs related to repair, including appropriate labor charges, will be billed through a separate Purchase Order provided by the owner. All PM Program participants will also receive a reduced labor rate for all services rendered.

Participation in Price's Scientific Services, Inc Preventive Maintenance Program provides protection to your research investment, thereby avoiding costly repairs caused by neglect. You will be billed for the program after the first PM visit and will be notified after the 2nd visit to renew the PM program.
Any and all additional service work provided by PRICE'S SCIENTIFIC SERVICES, INC. unrelated to the two PM visits must be requested on additional Purchase Orders with the owner's authorization to approve applicable costs.
TO START YOUR PM PROGRAM: Provide PRICE'S SCIENTIFIC SERVICES, INC with the serial number, model number and exact location of each unit to be covered by the PM program. Provide a PO number for units to be covered. Please contact us if you have any questions. Incubator (PM) is also available, call for quote.

A selection of -20c to -150c Ultra Low Temperature loaner-lease freezers available to eliminate the possibility of sample loss while your unit is being repaired. We also have long or short term lease freezers available. Our units are keep down in temperature to provide faster delivery of to your facility in an emergency. We also have a selection of Used units and New Lease Freezers available for Sale.

Our service area includes all of North Carolina, Southern Virginia and Northern South Carolina.
Our normal business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. We offer 24 hour emergency service.
